On October 25, 2024, Sanlux Co., Ltd. held the July-September Star Employee Recognition Conference in the lecture hall on the second floor of the administration building, aiming to recognize those outstanding individuals who have worked hard and achieved remarkable achievements in their respective positions. This commendation conference is not only the recognition of employees' personal achievements, but also inspires the passion and enthusiasm of all employees, and further improves work efficiency and operation quality.
There are four agendas for this recognition conference. In September, Sanlux optimized and upgraded the star employee selection system, at the beginning of the conference, Li Na, the minister of the Organization Development &HR Department, introduced the star employee system in detail to the participants, and in-depth interpretation of the selection mechanism.
The second agenda of the conference: star staff award ceremony and group photo. After rigorous data statistics and comprehensive evaluation, a total of 91 employees won the honorary title of "star employees" from July to September.
Of these, 32 employees were honored in July, 32 employees were awarded the "Star Employee" title in August, and 27 employees were honored in September. The minister of production Chen Xiaojun, the minister of equipment Wu Lixiang, the minister of quality Dong Weiying for the award. It is worth mentioning that Li Shizi, Zhang Ying, Yang Zongcheng, Cheng Yun, Si Shengli and other employees won the award, their continuous efforts and outstanding contributions to the sustainable development of Sanlux has played a positive role in promoting.

Sanlux sincerely hopes that each section and all employees can continue to maintain excellent working conditions in the future star staff evaluation activities, persevere, create new achievements, and contribute more strength to the prosperity and development of Sanlux. After that, Xu Li, minister of the Administrative Logistics Department, came to the stage to explain in detail the specific implementation requirements and purposes of the administrative 5S inspection standards. Through her explanation, we hope to further improve the level of on-site management and jointly create a cleaner and more orderly working environment.
